I came home Monday night after class and worked on my little animation of the balloon landing and then disappearing off the page (learning lesson is "gravity"). I enjoyed that lesson and didn't feel a half-step behind for the first time since the class started.
I also learned how to put a video from youtube on to this blog.
Dr. Wolf spent Monday night talking about selection principles for designing presentations with an emphasis on figure and ground (Chapter 5 in the Lohr book). We also discussed organization principles such as selection, organization, integration, contrast, alignment, repetition, proximity, type, color, shape, depth, and space (Chapter 6).
